How We Do It

LevyConsulting creates active and engaging experiences that enable team members to share their perspectives, build empathy and collaborate on solutions. For example, our “Wedge Exercise” physically divides team members into groups based on their roles. Each group answer probing questions about their drivers, challenges and hopes.  Through an interactive process, team members gain a deeper understanding of each other’s perspectives and build empathy for their colleagues’ experiences.

Similarly, our “Timeline Storytelling” activity allows teams to reflect on their collective history, celebrate successes, learn from past challenges and then use that new shared understanding to envision future goals.

By engaging team members in co-creating their narrative and envisioning the future together, we foster a sense of ownership and alignment around shared goals and values.
