Coaching provides a safe, confidential and objective environment where individuals can discuss challenges, concerns, and actions they need to take. Yet, unlike seminars that last a day and reinvigorate people for a short while, coaching stays with participants over time because it provides ‘just-in-time’ training/information/feedback customized to each person’s needs, therefore creating lasting results.
