Unlike well-meaning family, friends and co-workers who know what is best for you, your coach is typically the only person in your life who does not have a preconceived agenda. Professionally trained and unencumbered by the subtle biases related to being closely involved in your life and/or unable to set their own ideas aside, a coach allows you the opportunity to personally discover your best course to follow..
This is fun, challenging and awe-inspiring work. Coaching is not therapy. We rarely delve into the past or spend time on what clients don't want. Instead we focus on the life you want to lead.
