My Philosophies as a Coach

I believe you are the expert on your life and the one who can truly know who you are and what you need.  My job is to help you discover (or remember) your best self.  I believe you are naturally creative—e.g., capable and interested in stretching yourself to try on new approaches and attitudes that are pertinent and productive-- resourceful, e.g., you have the answers (internally or externally) to meet your personal and/or professional goals.  And whole  - you don’t need ‘fixing’, you’re not ‘broken’ - rather a coach is there to help you uncover your best, most effective, most fulfilled, most effective self. 

Ethics and Confidentiality

I adhere to International Coach Federation Code Of Ethics.  A key component is confidentiality.  My philosophy is that our relationship is completely confidential.  I will not tell anyone you are my client.  I will not reveal the content of our coaching discussions to anyone unless I have your express permission to do so.  This is sacred.  You are free to share whatever you choose from our meetings with anyone.
